To qualify for a FREE 60 plus CARD, fill in the form below and bring along suitable
evidence of your age when you first use your card to start claiming discounts.
You will need to show proof of signature and that you are 60 or
over. We will accept these documents: Driving Licence, Passport,
Valid Photo Travel Card, Birth Certificate or State Pension Book..
Terms and Conditions:
The 60 plus card entitles the authorised holder to a discount of 10%
off all purchases made on a Wednesday at Oaktree Garden Centre
(excluding gift vouchers, sale items, and other such goods that may
be specified from time to time). The card may not be used in
conjunction with any voucher or discount scheme. Oaktree Garden
Centre reserves the right to withdraw the card or scheme at anytime.
The card must be presented at the time of purchase and is not
